Proposed development of the Footprints site, 105-109 Commercial Road

Submitted by Ben Pritchard on Fri, 26/06/2015 - 10:26am

The attached letter of submission has been sent to Brisbane City Council. The letter raises concerns and particular comments about the proposed development of the Footprints site, as a 10 storey apartment building.
The letter was drafted and submitted on the basis of the discussion and agreement reached at the June meeting of TPA.

I am continuing to discuss with the developer, Pointcorp, improvements to Florence Street, which will be included as part of the proposal and in line with requirements of the local plan for the Teneriffe area.
